Jodie believes therapy works best when it’s felt and lived, not just talked about. She uses psychodrama and experiential methods, IFS-informed approaches, and ACT to support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, faith transitions, and identity exploration. The foundation of Jodie’s approach is creating a sense of safety, both physical and emotional. She invites clients to show up exactly as they are. Want to kick your shoes off? Sit on the floor? Move around? She’s all for it. Therapy doesn’t have to fit into a rigid box, it can meet you where you are. Outside of sessions, Jodie can be found dancing, climbing, hiking, petting any dog that will let her, or adding to her (slightly out of control) collection of houseplants. She’s also a huge Lord of the Rings fan and getting to visit filming locations in New Zealand was a dream come true.
