Jill Edmunds is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor; she obtained her Masters degree in this field through the University of Phoenix. While working at the Utah State Hospital, Jill gained vital experience in serious mental illness, major life changes, loss and grief, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Using evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and play therapy, Jill is passionate about providing a safe, compassionate, and effective environment for addressing mental health concerns. This passion continues to propel Jill in her lifelong endeavor to develop new skills, master new techniques, and ensure she provides best care practices to the people she serves.
