Jessica is a dedicated social worker with over 5 years of experience, holding a master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah, along with a certificate in substance use disorders. She combines her professional skills with personal experience in trauma-informed care, substance use recovery, and bereavement counseling. Jessica focuses on meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey, providing tailored, compassionate, and non-judgmental care. Her commitment to trauma-informed care is unwavering, and she is prepared to support people from all walks of life.
Currently working towards her LCSW, Jessica is also pursuing additional licenses in various modalities such as EMDR, play therapy, and somatic therapy to enhance the care she offers. Jessica values authenticity and embraces being herself; you might catch her being bubbly and outgoing, sharing genuine connections with others. Outside of her professional life, Jessica cherishes quality time with friends and family but feels most at peace snuggling at home with her dogs and cats while enjoying a good show or a relaxing bath.
