As anyone who works with insurance can tell you, it is always best to verify with your specific plan that your provider is covered. Our admin team will verify your benefits before your first appointment, but we cannot guarantee your insurance will cover your services. If you have any questions about this process, please call us.
Our cash rate is $165/session. We do offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients in need. Inquire with the front desk.
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $100 no show fee.
If you are 7-22 minutes late, we charge a $35 fee to recoup what is not able to be billed to insurance.
If you are more than 22 minutes late, it is considered a no show and you will be charged $100. The therapist has the discretion to either see you for the limited time left in the session, or to decline the session.
